Procedures are day cases under local anaesthetic, followed up by the same consultant.
Recovery
Aftercare and going home
All hand, wrist and elbow procedures at JACE are day cases under local anaesthetic.
A dressing change and a telephone review are included in every procedure-day price.
Mr Lappin gives specific advice on using the hand, driving and work before you book surgery.

Self-funded, insured or cross-border
Most patients on this pathway pay for themselves, but you can also use private health insurance, and patients from the Republic of Ireland may be able to claim reimbursement.
